Founder & Director
Recruitment leader, previous founding partner and Managing Director for one of the UK’s leading professional staffing agencies, and Group Director for a global recruitment PLC, Jack has built and scaled businesses across the UK and North America.
A background of 17 years of growing businesses, supporting start-ups to some of the largest corporations and oldest institutions in the world with critical and strategic hires, Jack believed that a genuine approach to solving business leaders’ challenges was becoming increasingly difficult to find. Achieving and delivering exceptional growth standards, strategies and results, along with identifying and developing high calibre talent within the human capital space, came with an increasing passion to keep putting customers at the very heart of business, but in a simple and authentic way. This led to Jack leaving his corporate gig and founding At1 Advisory, to support and serve companies who are starting up, scaling up, or launching new markets, with their talent and growth challenges in a more agile, natural and qualitative, partnership approach.
